DIY: Chanel Shirts.

What you need:

  • A white or a black shirt
  • Scissors
  • Sharpie
  • Chanel logo
  • Black fabric paint (or white if you’re doing it on a black shirt) [you can even use a fabric marker]
  1. Print out the logo on paper, cut out the black part of the sign (If you have an X-Acto knife, use that) and tape it onto the middle of the shirt.

2. With a sharpie carefully line the inside of the logo. Put a book or some newspaper under the top of the shirt so the ink doesn’t bleed through.

3. With your paint carefully paint the inside of your logo and let dry.

*Pic credit here. This would make a great Christmas present, birthday gift or just a fun thing you can do with your friends during a sleepover or something.

  • 7 color swatch samples

1// Purchase a frame of your choice from your local Target, Walmart, or craft stores.

2// Pick up some color swatches from a hardware store. You may choose the color scheme of your choice. Make sure you have 7 of the multi-colored ones or I guess look at the pictures above and see how many you’ll need. (They are free by the way).

3// Cut the swatches where one color switches to another. You may want to cut the lightest color shorter in length than the others because the lightest color will be used to write the days of the week.

4// Take the glass top off of your frame. Position the color swatches in the areas you want. Don’t forget to leave room at the top for the month.

5// Glue or tape the swatches down. Press firmly and let dry for about 15 minutes if you are gluing.

6// Replace the glass cover. Use dry erase markers to write directly on top of the glass. It should erase easily and smoothly 🙂
